Typical government custodial contracts traditionally include floor refinishing, carpet cleaning, and general office and restroom cleaning. Madison’s largest single custodial contract was at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, where Madison employees provided a full range of custodial services to approximately 275 government buildings with 40,000,000 square feet of cleaning monthly. At Eglin, Madison earned over ninety-five percent of the available award fees for providing “superior service”.
