Construction
Madison successfully performed a six-state Job Order Contract for the Army National Guard at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The contract required Madison to maintain a contract office at Fort McCoy to plan, estimate, and administer a wide variety of construction and renovation projects throughout the states of Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota. Projects ranged from small facility repair contracts to large remodeling, re-roofing, and renovation. The aggregate value of the four-year period exceeded $12 million with individual project values ranging from $10,000 to $500,000.
In March of 2010, Madison was awarded a subcontract from PAE Government Services, a Lockheed Martin Company, for the complete renovation and restoration of a 70,000 sq/ft facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Using US ex-patriot managers and third-country national laborers, Madison has undertaken the replacement of all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems for the building. The completed facility will be recommissioned in 2011 and used to house third-country nationals working for the US Navy and island contractors.
